Grandma Glenda's 80th Birthday Party

We went down to Grandma Glenda's 80th birthday party a few weeks ago in AF. It was a lot of fun to see everyone and celebrate what a wonderful person she is. We love her so much and I love that my kids get to see her often and love her.

The dresses that Aunt Haley made the girls - they are darling! Thanks Haley!

Things I like...

- Talking to friends and family on the phone, via blogging or email. I love friends!!!

-The Beach - I have been to South Florida, West Florida, Florida Keys, Cancun, Hawaii (each island is so different), San Diego and Los Angeles beaches(in the wintertime), and several different North Carolina beaches. I love them all, but for very different reasons.

-Going to the grocery store by myself - or really doing anything by myself. If I drive somewhere by myself, I turn the radio up loud and sing along. :)

-Planting flower pots in the spring and cleaning up my yard for summertime.

-Playing outside with my kids, and warm summer nights.

- Wearing light jackets or hoodies.

-My kids learning to play together and just watching them grow up and progress. New words, new skills, developing faith, and the desire to learn and grow.

-Hanging out with Glen. Dates, projects, drives, or watching games.

-Watching Survivor, Parenthood and The Good Wife.

-Going to get a fountain drink Diet Coke. (I know, everyone already knows this...someday I will reform, but not now)

-Playing sports when I get a chance. Basketball mostly.

-Acoustic music
