Isaac's New Big Boy Room
Well, I thought when we moved here(almost a year ago) we would get a room painted and done for Isaac asap. But, he has been in a pink and flowery wallpaper room until now! Labor Day Weekend, Glen didn't have school, he was off Monday and it was rainy. I painted almost everything. Glen cut all the trim, painted it, and hung it all, including the awesome shelf. I am so excited how the wainscotting turned out. It was Glen's first attempt and he did awesome. We finally did his room and got him a big bed. He has slept in it for 3 nights. (Fallen out 2 times...he will learn soon right? ) He is doing well. Glen and I love how the room turned out and now have more determination to do other rooms in the house. We would have probably gone a little lighter on the tan, but paint is so hard as everyone knows to know how it will turn out. We matched the paint at Home Depot to the colors on his bedding. It worked pretty good.

You need to. It is definately cuter in person. The color looks a little weird in the pictures...But I still need a new light fixture and the lighting was not right. So Come on Up!

Good job! It turned out so cute! I wish I had the energy to paint our house-the beige is just so boring! I just got sick of painting when we had to paint our entire house in Philadelphia, so maybe one of these days I'll find the motivation to do something cute like this!
It looks so good! Way to go to both of you. I am sure Isaac will figure out hte bed thing (not falling out) but it sure is hard on you until that time!
