Dad's night
Glen has been helping a friend of his look for Elk that he has a tag to hunt for. He took the kids up last night - to give me a break! :) They had a good time. Glen said they are both great hikers and that Ally talks to much and too loud to be a hunter! :) Guess she is like her momma...always talking ! :)

Shouldn't they be wearing orange? This coming from a serious deer hunter. Safety first.
Well it's the Elk hunt and apparently that makes a difference? I don't think there are as many people hunting yet - so the orange isn't necessary. The Elk get scared - so you want to be cammo (I think)
You have to wear orange if you have a permit to hunt and are carrying weapon. Nice try on the explanation Katherine. :)
